  • No; the ASG Funding Committee reviews funding proposals from student orgs and manages the funding process. The SEAL Office manages Red Brick Rewards and tier status progress. If you have a question related to RBR, please visit the link above or email studentactivities@miamioh.edu.

  • Clubs are eligible to request up to $300/person for a round trip flight. We require a quote (official estimate) to properly evaluate flight funding requests. Similarly, clubs are eligible to request hotel rooms at a rate up to $50 per person per night. We cannot fund AirBNB’s or similar housing services, and hotel requests require quotes.

  • Capital Items are tangible goods that will be kept for longer than a year which must either be stored in an office space or storage facility. Administrative Items are basic operational expenses and goods that will not be kept for longer than a year, like pencils and notebooks.

  • Starting in Fall of 2025, any three or more tiered organizations (meaning that you must be at least a RBR Tier 1 organization) can team up to host an event and request up to $12,000 for the event. If approved, the $12,000 does not deduct anything from the individual club tier limits. In order to apply, please visit the Google Form above, and click the “Unity Event” option instead of “Club Funding,” and the form will walk you through the rest of the process! All Unity Events require an in-person scheduled hearing with the Funding Committee.

  • Organizations are not allowed to go into debt and will be subject to penalties as outlined in the funding rules. As a matter of practice, ASG does not intend to pay off any debt accrued by student orgs.
